In your journals, choose a color that represents your state of existence, or that is you at this moment in time. Explore why, explain.

Mentoring- Journal #3

"Pride"

"Bird on Egg"

Be it nature, mathematics, logics, theory; there is order in chaos and chaos in order.

In your Journals, create a Question in a simple sketch or a series of thumbnail sketches, using a reoccurring shape. ( circle, square, triangle, line, wave, dot, etc. ) Use that shape in such a way to further, or reinforce your question.

Mentoring- Journal #2 "I am the one who..."

"Gift" - by Craig Kosak

"Ophelia"- by Sarah Hessinger

In your Journals please draw, list, scribble, write, or paste pics, whatever you wish.

For about 10 mins, I would like you to answer this statement-

" I am the one who... "

Think of some visual elements that represent and answer this question.

Journal #1 for Mentoring Class

"Pause"

You many answer the question in words, pictures, scribbles, or answering questions.
However you wish.

Question: There are many ways to experience life and then Remember that experience. In what ways have you specifically experienced an event in life?

- Was it thru vision and smell, or the other senses ?

- Did you relate it to other stories, legends or songs ?

- Does it play back in your mind like a silent black and white film, or in full cinamax sound and DVD color ?

- is it a series of photos flashing thru them in any particular order?

* Use your journal to privately record a memory as you experienced it.

-------

Now that you have thought of that and recorded it, in what ways was your memory different, or was there no difference from what you imagine reality to have been ?

The similarities and differences are purely you. Unique.

Growing at the Farm

The Farm ~ what a wonderful place with beauty all around, kind people who care about your success ~ and good food within walking distance! It will be exciting to watch the Artist Studio and it's growth in the upcoming year. Growth with new students, instructors, new friendships, and growth with each individual. I feel privileged to be a part of it. Cindy Carrillo
